Founded in 1999, Saswell Group is focused on the production of 600 kinds of room thermostats, motorized valves, sensors and center controllers. We have two factories covering an area of 2,000 square meters which houses our five automatic production lines. We also possess special production machines such as SMT machines, reflow ovens and wave ovens from Fujitsu. With 200 staff, our monthly production capacity is 80,000 units and 60% of this is exported to different countries around the world. We have 150 material suppliers and we have been working with some of them for over 10 years. All our main parts are imported from France, Hong Kong and Shenzhen and we ensure that all our raw materials and parts conform to MIL-STD-105E standards.
Because R&D is important to us, we invest 15% of our turnover in this department. We have 10 engineers who can design 20 new products per month. They can also design and customize products based on your requirements. Lead time for samples take seven days while a new mold would take 40 days to make. Meanwhile, we also have 70 staff in our mold department who utilize 15 EDM machines, six injection molding machines and two scanner machines.
Our QC team is composed of eight people who strictly oversee our production lines. To ensure our product quality, they use high and low temperature testers, environmental chambers, high-pressure apparatus, spring hammers, EMI interference devices, valve leak detection machines and test stands. As a result, our products are now compliant with ISO 9001:2008, VDE, Semeko, CSTB, EU and BAC. Our products come with a two-year warranty and we are proud to say that our return rate is only 0.3%.
Our big buyers include Tyco, Carrier, Schneider and Media. Aside from our eight foreign trade sales personnel, we also have sales agents in Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Brazil and the US who can assist you with your orders. Our MOQ is 1,000 pieces.
